No. You can write to us in English and we will handle the Portuguese side. Do bear in mind that the plumber themselves may prefer Portuguese on site, so for a complex job it helps to have the address, floor and door number written down.
That depends entirely on the day, the area and the job. A blocked kitchen sink in Benfica on a Tuesday morning is realistic same-day; a burst pipe at midnight in Sesimbra is not something anybody should promise you online. Tell us how urgent it is and you will get a realistic answer, not a marketing one.
Agree the price before the work starts and ask for it in writing, even a WhatsApp message. Portuguese plumbers routinely charge a call-out on top of labour and materials, so ask specifically whether that is included. If something goes wrong, tell us — a plumber who treats people badly stops getting work from here.
